2019 Alvarinho - Dutchman Vineyard
$25.00

Overview
This is a taste of Spain, Portland style! Since Albarino is a variety of white wine grape grown primarily in northwest Spain and northwest Portugal, it seemed appropriate to have a go at it in the Pacific Northwest! Albarino, while a very noble variety, is not commonly planted in the United States.  Small amounts are scattered throughout Washington State, Southern Oregon and California.  This particular Albarino is sourced from the Dutchman Vineyard in the Yakima Valley, planted and managed by Washington State legendary grower Bill Denhoed.  A small section of the vineyard is planted to Albarino and is only sold to a few wineries that use it for a single varietal bottling.  We are pleased to add this lovely refreshing wine to our portfolio just in time for the Spring/Summer.

Production:  150 Cases
