Fermentation / Aging: Stainless steel fermentation. Aged in 500L French oak Puncheon barrels for 20 months (25% new)

Production: 85 Cases

Tasting Notes: Aromas of plum, blueberry, boysenberry, vanilla, and leather. Flavors of wild mountain berries, pancakes, bergamot tea, and vanilla cookies. This wine has a mouth coating texture, with mouth watering acidity, and a long lasting finish.

Pairing: Korean BBQ Short Ribs

Varietal: 70% Marsanne / 30% Roussanne

Vineyard Source: Dutchman Vineyard - Yakima Valley - WA

Fermentation / Aging: Fermentation conducted in neutral French oak barrels, then blended and aged in the same barrels for 10 months.

Production: 160 Cases

Tasting Notes: Notes of chamomile, orange marmalad and apricot. Flavors of marzipan and lemon butter cookie, with a rich round and creamy texture. Great structure reminiscent of a white Hermitage. 

Pairing: Creamy and Buttery seafood dishes and Creamy Olive hummus

Vineyard Sources: Firethorn Vineyard - Columbia Valley, OR

Fermentation / Aging: Stainless steel fermentation. Aged in French oak barrels for 21 months (33% new)

Tasting Notes: Aromas of bright cherry, amaretto, brown sugar cookies and fresh jalapeno,. On the pallet the wine medium bodied and juicy, with flavors of cherry, cranberry pomegranate, nutmeg and clove finishing with mouthwatering acidity and soft tannins.

Pairing: Pizza / Past with Red Sauce
